During their discussions, President Lee emphasized the significance of the agreement established during his state visit to the UAE in November of the previous year, which aimed to cultivate a long-term partnership. Lee expressed gratitude for the UAE’s prioritization of crude oil supplies to South Korea in March, highlighting the UAE’s crucial role in ensuring energy security for South Korea.
