In preparation for this expansion, Google is on the lookout for a senior Strategic Partnerships Development Manager based in Seoul. This role will involve collaboration with Korean businesses, public institutions, and technology partners, emphasizing Google’s commitment to establishing a strong local team for its Maps service rollout.
Currently, Google Maps in South Korea offers features like place listings, reviews, and public transit information. However, it lacks turn-by-turn driving or walking navigation capabilities.
